The Web Design Story
What will you do when it comes to designing the website for one of Singapore’s most premium and prestigious condominiums? Add in the fact that this mixed development also houses (currently) the tallest building in Singapore.
That was the challenge imposed on the team to build a professional website of Wallich Residence for a real estate agent client. Unlike most other condo projects, custom web design is the critical element to this project as the design alone has to exuberate prestige. So the team got together to run through the various different modules and web elements to see which will help elevate the design to a new dimension.
And that led to an exquisite visualisation of the condo highlighting the main aspects of the condo such as the super penthouse units, their world renowned architect team, and their hotel-inspired facilities plan, to name a few.

How Would You Define Prestige?
With a golden coloured based logo, the aim was to keep the design simple yet elegant. To that extent, the same colour palette was chosen as the main colour for key areas like the headers, the links, and site navigation. A marble image was selected as the default page background image to create the prestigious atmosphere similar to the actual condominium.
One key advantage we had for this web design project, was the sheer volume of professionally taken images from the developer themselves. Partly because the actual mixed development is already completed unlike most new launch projects, but at the same time, there are a lot more grounds we can cover thanks to the retail, residences and hotel mix.
