The iconic black and white colonial bungalow!
This became the design inspiration for the condominium and it naturally became the source of inspiration for our web design.

Black with Sophistication. White with Perfection.
Individually, they form the fundamentals of colour. Black for its sophisticated appeal, and white for its sense of perfection. Yet the danger of these basic colour scheme is the risk of it appearing too plain and simple.
That’s why our design team were careful to include relevant and attractive images that break the monotony of the black and white without overpowering it.
This was especially critical for the e-brochure page where readers were encouraged to sign up and register their interest to download the free source material.
